Caring for someone with dementia can be a heavy load. Allow yourself 45 minutes just for you. You’ll benefit from a calm, supportive session where you can focus on yourself, without judgement or pressure.

I bring 19 years of experience in dementia care, and am known for my down-to-earth, realistic, calming with a touch of humour approach. Together we’ll gently work with your feelings through mindfulness. If you’d like, you'll receive a personalised guided meditation at the end. It may not solve everything, but it will give you a chance to pause, feel understood, and take a breather.

Book a time that works for you! Caregiving doesn’t run on office hours, so neither do these sessions :)

A Calmer Mind

You’ll leave the session feeling lighter, less overwhelmed, and better able to face the day or sleep better at night.

Emotional Support

You’ll feel heard and understood, with gentle guidance to help ease feelings such as guilt or conflict.
